Applewood Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team in Mississauga. The Fleet & Inventory Administrator will work with the Fleet Controller  to complete various projects within the Fleet department. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Duties:

  • Booking in vehicles sold by the fleet department – tagging keys, entering vehicles into 180 system, opening PDI orders, scheduling clean up, arranging fuelling and delivery of vehicles. 
  • Processing fleet licensing.
  • Completing dealer trades for the department.
  • Filing  as needed
  • Other duties as required.

  • Basic accounting knowledge is required. 
  • Strong multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
  • Previous administrative experience is considered an asset.
