Part-Time Receptionist

Mississauga KIA is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in Mississauga. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for anyone entering the dealership and will be responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. 

Joining The Humberview Group in 2013, Mississauga KIA serves the Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Milton and Toronto areas. They are an award-winning dealership for new and pre-owned KIA vehicle sales. In addition to exceptional customer service found throughout all dealership departments, Mississauga KIA promotes community involvement by supporting local charities and sponsoring local community events.

Hours

Monday - Thursday, 4 pm - 7 pm

Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Flexibility to cover daytime hours.

Saturdays are mandatory.

 

Job Duties:

  • Handle and route incoming calls.
  • Greet and support customers. 
  • Maintaining the reception area in a presentable manner.
  • Updating the sales log in the One Eighty software system.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks.
  • Using CDK software to process payments and deposits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred. 
  • Must bring a positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Pleasant and engaging phone manner. 
  • Team-oriented. 
  • Dealership experience preferred but not required.
