Humberview Trucks is currently looking for an E-Commerce Parts Advisor to join their team in Etobicoke. The E-Commerce Parts Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling, ordering and stocking parts for online customer orders. This individual will also be responsible for operating social media platforms and e-commerce websites to facilitate sales and shipment of parts to customers.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers online or over the phone.
- Operate Humberview Trucks Facebook and Instagram accounts for e-commerce parts sales.
- Post parts images, details, pricing and other information on the various online platforms for sales.
- Prepare orders for shipping via Canada Post and FedEx, delivery or pick-up.
- Review lost sales and abandoned carts.
- Be proactive and creative to help fill customer orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
What We Look For:
- Previous parts experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with using CDK software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thoroughly.
- Excellent customer service skills; working with internal and external customers.
- Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
