Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative to join their team in Toronto. The Customer Relationship Representative is a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for effectively managing all relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

 

Job Duties:

  • Analyze customer interactions and improving the customer relationship.
  • Conduct several data pulls within a monthly cycle.
  • Cleanse data to ensure accurate audience is obtained.
  • Daily tasks include using data analysis to study large amounts of information.
  • Collect a sample of incoming calls.
  • Managing customer information in One-Eighty, Venue Vision, and CDK.
  • Working directly with Audi Finance Platform to ensure all data is current.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

  • Organizational skills to assist multiple initiatives. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (including, but not limited to Excel and Word).
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Team-oriented individual.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
  • Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
  • Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is preferred, but not required.
