Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative to join their team in Toronto. The Customer Relationship Representative is a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for effectively managing all relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Job Duties:
- Analyze customer interactions and improving the customer relationship.
- Conduct several data pulls within a monthly cycle.
- Cleanse data to ensure accurate audience is obtained.
- Daily tasks include using data analysis to study large amounts of information.
- Collect a sample of incoming calls.
- Managing customer information in One-Eighty, Venue Vision, and CDK.
- Working directly with Audi Finance Platform to ensure all data is current.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Look For:
- Organizational skills to assist multiple initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (including, but not limited to Excel and Word).
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Team-oriented individual.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
- Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
- Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is preferred, but not required.
