Service Greeter (Lot Attendant)

Oakville Toyota is currently looking for a Service Greeter (Lot Attendant) to join their team in Oakville.

The Service Greeter is responsible for assisting customers and are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service Department.

Our Greeters/Lot Attendants provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers in the Service drive-thru. They also assist Service Advisors and Technicians by bringing customer vehicles through the shop or through the car wash.

Job Duties:

Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
Controls service traffic flow and parking.
Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter and in the service drive.
Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Other duties as required by the Service Manager.

What We Look For:

Valid (G) Driver's License.
Clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission is preferred.
Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
Keen attention to detail.
An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
