Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their team in Mississauga.
The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for processing warranty and internal repair orders, as well as assisting with various duties at the service desk.

Please note this position is in-person.
Job Duties:
- Submit warranty claims.
- Close out all warranty work orders on a daily basis.
- Follow up on any outstanding warranty claims to keep receivables current.
- Handle customer contacts and inquiries.
- Maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims.
- Maximize claim eligibility and reduce write offs.
- Assist Service department as needed.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- 1+ years of warranty experience is required.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Related experience in automotive service desk and or warranty processing would be considered an asset.
- Experience on CDK software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) would be preferable.
- Reliable and disciplined - able to follow through on assignments.
- Organized/able to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated.
- Accuracy and detail oriented individual.
- Committed to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
