City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their Humberview Mobility team in Toronto.
The Mobility Service Coordinator will work with Humberview Mobility's Sales and Service department to deliver high-quality customer service and assist our customers with their inquiries and needs.
Our Service Coordinators are to be the first to welcome and assist our customers either in person or via phone and or email.

Please note, the position is based at the City Buick dealership, but work under the Humberview Mobility department.

Job Duties:
- Assist Sales and Service customers with their inquires and needs.
- Schedule appointments.
- Answer phone calls and communicate with customers, follow up on inquiries.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to adjust to change and continuously learn about new products.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- An individual who maintains a positive work relationships in the work environment.
