Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a Tower Operator to join their team in Toronto.
Our Tower Operators are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service department. The Tower Operator is responsible for controlling the workflow in the shop from work orders written by the Service Advisors.
The Tower Operator will maximize shop productivity by distributing in accordance with customer requirements and technician skill levels.

Job Duties:
- Prioritize and dispatch vehicle maintenance work for the shop.
- Maintain shop capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
- Code warranty claims as per Audi policies & procedures.
- Forward warranty claims for defective parts to the factory and distributors.
- Arranges for parts to be shipped back to factory or distributor, or to be scrapped.
- Maintain schedules for factory warranty, extended warranty, PDI and ensure balances remain current.
- Attend all department meetings.
- Perform any other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and manufacturer warranties and procedures is preferred.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking expertise.
- Detail oriented with good analytical aptitude.
- Solid time management and decision making capabilities.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers and technology.
