Humberview Volkswagen is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join their team in Etobicoke.

Our Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service. They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.

The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build long-lasting relationships.

This is a great role to improve and perfect your customer service skills while having the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques!

Job Duties:

• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Handling customer’s inquiries and concerns.
• Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process, appointments, and return phone messages promptly.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

• A great attitude!
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred.
• Experience with German/Volkswagen brand is considered an asset.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment, works well under pressure.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Friendly and a trustworthy individual.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent listening skills.
