Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently looking for a Receptionist & Licensing Clerk to join team in Etobicoke.
The Receptionist & Licensing Clerk is the face of the dealership and is responsible for greeting all customers and to perform a wide range of administrative duties, including licensing vehicles, planning and supporting office services for the dealership.
The Receptionist & Licensing Clerk works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Job Duties:
- Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom.
- Greet and check in sales appointments.
- Create cash reports and receipts.
- Scan and email documents.
- General administrative duties.
- Handle all the licensing for the dealership.
- Prepare and organize licensing paperwork and submit to the Ministry of Transportation.
- Create and maintain documentation in vehicle files.
- Keep reception area, showroom and lunchroom cleaned and organized.
- Promote a positive retail operation.
- Accurately receive payments and handle cash.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset.
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
- Prior experience in a customer service role is an asset.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Works well with a team and independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
