The Junior Accounting Clerk is responsible for compiling and maintaining records by performing various accounting duties.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Job Duties:

• Invoice posting and payment.
• Accounts payable entry.
• Bank deposits.
• Stocking in vehicles in 'One-Eighty' & 'CDK' 
• Prepare accounts payable cheques as authorized.
• Assist with licensing vehicles and completing the necessary paperwork. 
• Assist with accounts receivable.
• Other duties as required. 

What We Look For:

• Recent graduate in accounting field is preferred. 
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and changes.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts; such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in a related field of study is an asset.
