The Humberview Group is looking for a Concierge Assistant Manager for corporate referrals (also known as “HUG Customer Care Assistant Manager”) to join our team in Etobicoke.

Our fast-paced HUG department is looking for an energetic, trainable and courteous individual that will work as a liaison with our group of dealerships.

This position is an in-person role based out of Humberview Volkswagen.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm plus remote work on the odd Saturday (very light work from home).  

Compensation structure: $45,000 Annual Base Salary, plus monthly performance bonuses.

Job Duties:

  • Work with all customer & employee referrals for new and used vehicles.
  • Act as a liaison via phone & email, by introducing all referrals to the appropriate sales representatives at the requested Humberview Group dealerships.
  • Following up with each referral and sales representative by phone & email, from beginning to end.
  • Ensure the experience is a successful customer experience.
  • Display a professional attitude and demonstrate a welcoming personality at all times.
  • Light data entry.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have a friendly & positive attitude!
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Organized, with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to satisfy customer needs.
  • Results oriented and driven.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and software (CRM & Microsoft).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid OMVIC license or will be required to obtain an OMVIC license after being hired.
  • Automotive brand experience knowledge an asset, but Sales mentality is a must!
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships easily with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor.
