Cooksville Hyundai is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Mississauga. 

The Receptionist is the face of the dealership and works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

Job Duties:

• Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
• Greeting and supporting customers.
• Maintains complete and accurate records for warranty claims.
• Coordinating and processing customer’s payments.
• Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
• Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

• Dealership experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience using CDK & 180 software is an asset. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must bring a positive attitude.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
• Pleasant and engaging phone manner. 
• A strong team player who can work independently.
