Mayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team in Brampton.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of vehicle transactions.
The Accounting Clerk will handle stocking in vehicles, document processing, and dealership paperwork.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Job Duties:
- Stock in vehicles using 180 & CDK.
- Receipt payments.
- Report vehicles sold to manufacturer.
- Payout floorplan.
- Process deals.
- Complete internal work orders.
- Maintain journals and dealership records.
- Assist with Reception.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Experience with CDK and 180 is an asset.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Team-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
