Humberview Trucks looking for a Commercial Truck Sales & Accounting Administrator (Contract) to join their team in Etobicoke.
The Commercial Truck Sales & Accounting Administrator will work with the Sales and Service Manager to complete various accounting duties within the Fleet and Service department.

Job Duties:
- Journal entries.
- Managing the units to the wholesale floorplan.
- Entering vehicles into our internal system.
- Processing and deliver fleet licensing.
- Managing the accounting of sales transactions.
- Preparing delivery receipts and necessary documentation prior to delivery.
- Assisting with deliveries when fleet customers pick up their vehicles.
- Maintaining and organizing spread sheets for large volume customers.
- Process manufacturer warranties.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Basic accounting knowledge is required.
- Experience using CDK software is needed.
- Warranty processing is an asset.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
- Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
