Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a BDC Representative - Customer Relations Management to join their team in Toronto.
The BDC Representative is a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for effectively handling, organizing, and coordinating customer records and data for various reports. The BDC Representative will support the Service departments internal initiatives and assist Appointment Coordinators when needed.

Pay: $18.50 hourly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Job Duties:
- Supports Service Department Internal Initiatives.
- Maintain Defected Service List for service candidates.
- Provides weekly and monthly reports in support of all Service Department Initiatives.
- Market via email and text to Service Prospects for appointments.
- Rebook missed appointments and maintain corresponding report.
- Place outbound phone calls to Service Department Prospects.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate CRM records and files in their proper locations.
- Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
- Run/Report/Launch Monthly Lost and Lapsed Service Initiatives.
- Respond to Inbound service e-leads.
- Support Appointment Coordinators in Service department if short staffed.
- Perform other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
- Experience using CDK software.
- Experience in appointment booking.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong record of customer satisfaction results.
- Proactive, positive, self-starter.
- Customer service experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
- Call center experience would be considered an asset.
- An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
