Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a Service Assistant (Driver) to join their team in Barrie. 

The Service Assistant is responsible for assisting Service customers with vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs during their visit to the Service Department. 

Our Service Assistants are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service department. They ensure that customer concerns are recognized and addressed, and will work with the Service Advisors in assisting all customers during their visit at the dealership.

Job Duties:

  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Verify customer’s service concerns.
  • Picking up and dropping off customer’s vehicles.
  • Assisting the Sales Department with new and used vehicles being picked up and dropped off.
  • Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow etc.
  • Perform other duties as required. 

What We Look For:

  • A positive attitude!
  • Valid (G) Driver's License.
  • Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission is considered an asset. 
  • Previous customer service experience is considered an asset. 
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
