The Humberview Group is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong production skills to support our fast-paced automotive marketing department.
As a Graphic Designer for The Humberview Group, you will create visually captivating digital and print assets for our 20 dealerships and automotive brands. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role focuses on design execution, production rollout, and adaptation of creative assets across digital and print channels.
You’ll collaborate with a team of talented designers to ensure all creative materials are accurate, brand-aligned, and delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging designer to gain real-world experience in a high-volume, multi-brand environment while developing their technical and production expertise.

Work Model: Hybrid. Work from home; with team meetings held twice a month at one of our Mississauga dealerships (3000 Woodchester Dr, Mississauga, ON L5L 2R4).
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Duties:
- Create and edit visually appealing digital assets, including website banners, social media graphics, email templates, videos and digital advertisements.
- Translate project requirements into creative solutions, collaborating with team members to gather input and feedback.
- Develop and execute design concepts using industry-standard software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Design engaging posts and campaign assets for social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent application of manufacturer and dealer brand guidelines across all creative.
- Prepare and package files for both print and digital, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Optimize creative for various channels and screen sizes to maximize impact and user experience.
- Stay current on design trends and best practices, proactively suggesting new ideas.
- Leverage AI image and video generation tools to enhance design workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver creative, agency-level results.
- Continuously observe and learn from AI and design technology trends, implementing new techniques and tools into projects where appropriate.
- Seek feedback from the Creative Director and other designers, incorporating suggestions to improve design work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Perform other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional design experience (internship or agency experience an asset).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and file production guidelines.
- Comfortable working within existing templates and adapting creative across multiple formats.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of AODA standards, prepress setup, and file packaging considered an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
