Service Lot Attendant / Driver

Humberview Trucks is looking for a Service Lot Attendant & Driver to add to their team in Mississauga. 

Our Lot Attendants are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service Department.

The Lot Attendant will perform Quality Control road-tests on selected Trucks after service has been completed by the shop. They will also be responsible for organizing inventory of the yard and managing available capacity.

The Lot Attendant will also assist in Driver duties with assisting in the drop off and pick up of trucks. 

This individual will hold a keen focus on the condition of vehicles being released and the manner they are presented to ensure excellent customer service from the Humberview Trucks team.

Pay: $25 per hour. 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Job Duties:

  • Perform vehicle walk around inspection prior to every road-test.
  • Utilize road test check list and log sheet to record vehicle information.
  • Manage and organize parking lot.
  • Assisting with inventory management.
  • Creating ease of access for customers arriving at the dealership, tow trucks dropping off units, or vehicle pick up.
  • Assisting with drop off and pickup of trucks to the customer or vendor.
  • Show professionalism and attention to customer experience in all interactions.
  • Maintain lot security and cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

What We Look For:

  • Valid G Driver’s License.
  • Clean driving record; Z endorsement is considered an asset. 
  • Proactive, positive and a self-starter.
  • Customer focused.
  • An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
  • Keen attention to detail. 
  • Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience driving Medium Duty Trucks.
