Applewood Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking to add an experienced Business Manager to our team in Mississauga. Applewood Chevrolet Buick GMC is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
As a Business Manager, you'll play a key role in the customer journey by presenting financing and leasing solutions, offering valuable protection products, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident about their purchase.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Manager who understands the importance of customer experience, has strong lender relationships, and knows how to maximize opportunities while maintaining high ethical standards. You’ll also work closely with our Sales team to support their success and deliver a seamless experience for every customer.
Compensation: Commission-based. Ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 a year - with potential to earn more.

What You'll Do
- Meet with customers to review and arrange financing, leasing, and payment options.
- Provide customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, dealership services, and policies.
- Present and sell additional products and services that meet the customer's needs.
- Submit paperwork and bills of sale to financial institutions and obtain approvals in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with multiple financial institutions and lenders.
- Coach and educate Sales Consultants on financing options, protection products, and value-added services.
- Ensure all deals comply with dealership policies, lender requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust and maintaining lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate and organized deal files and documentation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all actions and transactions.
- Performs other administrative duties, as assigned by the Sales Managers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous finance and insurance (F&I) experience is required.
- Valid OMVIC license.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Experience with GM is preferred but not required.
- Results-oriented while maintaining full accountability and transparency.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages and commissions etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and financial institutions.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word is required.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
